Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and SHORELINES CASINO ROOM GUEST LTD for the Shorelines Casino Room Guest iOS application ("the Software"). By installing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

The Software is licensed, not sold. SHORELINES CASINO ROOM GUEST LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of SHORELINES CASINO ROOM GUEST LTD.
All software code, algorithms, interface design, graphics, text, concierge content, branding, and all other elements of the application.
Your personal data, stay preferences, and any content you create or input while using the Software.
Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using the Software, you consent to the data practices described therein.
All personal data, preferences, and activity records are stored locally on your device. The Software does not transmit personal data to external servers during normal operation. For full details, please review the Privacy Policy.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHORELINES CASINO ROOM GUEST LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Software is a guest convenience tool and does not guarantee the fulfilment of any specific hotel service request.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHORELINES CASINO ROOM GUEST LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, disruption to your stay, failure of a service request, or any other commercial damages or losses. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination:
SHORELINES CASINO ROOM GUEST LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.
SHORELINES CASINO ROOM GUEST LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning correctly.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the EULA was most recently revised.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
